Area Shading

easymap offers the following analyses for the data-dependent coloring of area areas:

• surface coloring - With the command surface coloring in the menu analyses easymap offers the possibility to color the areas of the regions in the map depending on a data column.
• Area hatching - While the standard area coloring can only display one data value per area, the area hatching offers the possibility to display several data per area simultaneously.
• Heatmap - With a heatmap (or also cluster analyses) you can determine regional aggregations of data values (so-called clustering).
• Boston Grid - With the analysis Boston Grid easymap offers the possibility to color the areas of the regions in the map depending on two data columns. This allows to display the correlation of bivariate distributions.
• Grid - With the analysis Raster, location-related information (e.g. turnover of individual branches) can be displayed on the map over a wide area using a grid.
