Even the best software sometimes is not enough. No matter if data errors, wrong handling or software bug: sometimes you need someone to call and ask for support. For this purpose we offer a telephone hotline. This is available to all customers with an update and service contract or service subscription. We advise you that the responsibility for data protection belongs to the client if the data provided includes personal data.
Service Hours: Monday to Friday (except holidays) from 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm.

We also offer support outside of our phone support hours. Please send your inquiry by email to Support@infas360.de. Please attach any files that will help us quickly understand and resolve your issue (e.g., an easymap folder or screenshots). Don’t forget to include a phone number in your email so we can call you back if necessary.
Note: Our telephone hotline is available free of charge to customers with current software versions. In addition, we offer all our customers free e-mail support or book your hourly quota for the telephone hotline today.
Chat
You can also reach our service team via our new implemented chat. Integrated into our support portal you can contact us via the pop up chat window in the right lower corner. The service hours match the support hotline.
Note: Please check your privacy settings before using the chat. In order to use the chat without restrictions, please check the box next to Functional > Userlike. The settings can be changed in the left corner.
Remote-Support
For customers with an active update and service contract, we offer support that goes beyond a simple phone call. Using modern tools (such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom) or certified remote maintenance software, we work with you to resolve complex issues in real time.

- Efficient collaboration: By having a direct view of the project, misunderstandings can be avoided and solutions can be developed much more quickly.
