In this section you will find all important functions and information about licenses, license management and licensing.

Licensing

There are two different procedures here. We distinguish between the easymap professional edition and the standalone product easymap explorer. Since the billing methods are different, we unfortunately have to offer different options.
Functions and the operation of the product is, however, identical in both methods. There are only differences in licensing.

Licensing easymap professional

When licensing via easymap professional edition, you will not receive an additional license key from us, which must be imported. You can set everything directly via the key of easymap. The registration is done via the desktop version of easymap. After a user has been created for the company, this user can invite and manage further users to your company account.

Licensing easymap explorer

First create a test account for easymap explorer or contact our customer management to get an initial account. In your profile area under Licenses licenses issued by infas 360 (for example Bing Maps street maps) can be activated. To do this, please enter the license key and then click Activate.

Licenses and limits

Under Licenses and Limits you get an overview for which components of easymap explorer licenses are activated and how long they are valid. The limits show the available capacities. So you can see the number of viewers by permissions and the remaining capacities.

The license history lists all activated licenses by type and activation date.

Obtain licenses or increase limits

Do you want to increase the number of users who can view or also edit the easymap explorer maps? Or do you want to use the Bing Maps maps as background map and thus extend the search functions in easymap explorer?
